🐾 Safari Booking (Jeep/Canter)

All safari bookings are 100% non-refundable, as they are processed through the Government Forest Department, which does not permit cancellations or modifications once the permit is issued.

This includes cases of:

Incorrect personal details (ID number, name, etc.)

Last-minute cancellations

No-shows

Weather-related changes or forest authority closures

Note: Safari zones are allotted by the Forest Department and cannot be changed once booked. We do not guarantee any specific zone or animal sightings.

🏨 Hotel & Resort Booking

Refunds for accommodations depend on the individual hotel's cancellation policy, which varies. Typical guidelines include:

7 or more days before check-in: Full refund (excluding payment gateway charges, if any)

3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund

Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund

We will communicate the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking.

🧳 Tour Packages (Customized/Group Tours)

For full tour packages (including transport, accommodation, and safaris), refund terms are as follows unless otherwise stated:

30+ days before start date: 80% refund

15–29 days before start date: 50% refund

7–14 days before start date: 25% refund

Less than 7 days: No refund

Advance payments made toward permits, safari seats, or hotel reservations that are non-refundable will be excluded from any refund.

💳 Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed through the original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

⚠️ Important Notes

Any booking made through third-party partners (agents, affiliates) must be canceled via that channel. We are not responsible for refunds of such bookings.

No refund will be issued due to wildlife not being sighted or safari being interrupted by natural causes.

In case of any forced cancellation due to lockdowns, strikes, or government orders, a credit note or partial refund may be provided, subject to vendor policies.
